It’s a crisp fall day and I’m doing my best to slow down and get ready for the little peanut’s arrival, but much to my husband’s dismay, I can’t sit still! Instead, I’m sorting through all of the photos I took this summer as I get ready to update the photo galleries on my website.
One of the absolute best days of the summer was July 4th – James and Mary’s wedding day! I posted a sneak peek already, but there were so many beautiful moments, I had to share more with you.
Whether I’m photographing a family, a baby, an entrepreneur, or a wedding, my goal is to find what makes them special, to tap into the genuine moments, and to tell their story. Today, I will share the story of James and Mary’s joyful, romantic wedding as they got ready to walk down the aisle and as they exchanged their vows on the Skansonia with the Seattle skyline in the background. Tomorrow, I’ll be back with photos of the reception and PAR-TAY!

{If you are getting married in 2012 and are looking for a photographer who *gets* you and your down-to-earth style, we may be a match made in heaven! Drop me a line and we’ll chat!}

You did a gorgeous job!!!!! Lovely. Now, sit still, mama! xoxo
Not that I'm biased or anything, but these really are amazing (minus the brides scrunched up faces). You were truly wonderful and we were so lucky to have you and your hubs. A million times over, thank you.
I don't know, I kind of like the scrunched up faces! Amazing work Darrah!
