When thinking about the everyday/slice of life moments I envision my girls walking down the street hand in hand or them sitting around the table making art. I look for the light how it captures the leaves on the tree above me or on the ground. I look at the fruit and vegetables at the farmers market. The moments in life is what I capture the most. They remind me to slow down, look around and to find the beauty that is around me.
I make it a point to have a camera with me at all times; whether it’s my camera phone, point & shoot or my SLR. I need to have one of them to capture the magic I inevitably find everywhere I go. In order to keep the inspiration alive I intend to make Wednesdays “Photo Walk Wednesdays” on my blog. I do better when I have prompts or intentions and walking in my neighborhood, city or somewhere new brings so much inspiration in all parts of my life.

Those first two photos, one after another, are simply glorious. The unabashed colors in these make them some of the strongest (and I suspect most memorable) shots I've seen in a long time! Thank you for sharing.
