Today, I say farewell to my 33rd year. It was by far the best and hardest year of my life. If I’ve learned anything at all this year, it is that the two are not mutually exclusive. We can feel both great joy and sadness at the same time. We can feel uncertainty and conviction. We are humans, after all. Beautifully complex. Ever changing.
To say goodbye to 33 and hello to 34, I’ve composed a list of all of the things I’ve experienced in this doozy of a year:
- Spring again.
- Letting go.
Thanks for being with me through it all.
