alone.

I forget to take photos of myself and rarely hand over the reigns of my trusty camera to anyone else. So this week, amidst the thanks and the giving and the eating and the laughing, amidst the hundreds of photos I took of my adorable nephew and his equally adorable parents and grandparents, I turned the camera on myself exactly once.

I’ll be sharing the photos from my visit to Houston in the coming weeks. In the meantime, I thought I’d start with a photo of a quiet moment, alone with my thoughts and my camera.

How about you? How did you spend your Thanksgiving?

{For those of you celebrating “Cyber Monday”, how about considering a gift voucher for a photo session with moi or a spot in the Slice of Life Project? It’s a gift that’s more lasting than a fruit cake and more personal than the latest Yanni CD. Just sayin’.}
